The family behind the family business
Mikey Mattress started in 2013 as one family’s answer to a mattress-buying experience that felt like a used-car lot. We built something different: a family-run showroom where the person who helps you choose a mattress is the same person who answers the phone if something’s wrong with it.
That’s true at both showrooms — West Hempstead, NY and Jensen Beach, FL. Same family, same number, same address, since 2013. No showroom-only sales staff paid on commission, at either address. Taking care of our neighbors is the whole business plan.
